• On Thursday, April 3, Nevaeh Terrell, 18, was arrested on a warrant charging her with domestic abuse assault-first offense-causing bodily injury.

• Kyle Anthony Groen made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. The case was dismissed by the court. Groen was ordered to pay a fine of $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Alexis Lilian Collinson made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Julia Cutler is acting as counsel. Cutler entered a plea of not guilty and requested a jury trial.

• Brice Daniel Bagnall Trejo made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 24.

• Rhonda Ann Hagele made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. Dusty Clements is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on April 24.

• Patrick William Bown made an initial appearance on a dog at large-first offense charge. Bown pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Pasian Peggy Suri Alas made an initial appearance on a speeding charge and a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on May 28 in Magistrate Court.
