Marshalltown fugitive arrested, charged with burglary

Frankie Miller, 20, of Marshalltown, was arrested after the Marshalltown Police Department Tactical Team was called to 10 N. Fifth St. Saturday afternoon.

Officers received a 911 call from a person at the house requesting assistance for an unknown problem. Upon arrival, officers learned that Miller, a wanted fugitive, was inside. Officers attempted to contact Miller, who was known to be armed, but received no results.

Miller was eventually arrested without incident. He has been charged with four counts of third-degree burglary and probation violation. The arrest was also made in connection with an investigation of stolen firearms. Miller is currently being held in the Marshall County Jail.
