The Marshalltown Arts and Civic Center (MACC) played host to the Marshalltown Police Department’s “Coffee with a Cop” in the facility’s lobby area on Wednesday morning. The events, which are meant to forge connections between law enforcement and local residents, have become a mainstay in the community over the last several years.
