With Homecoming festivities just around the corner, Marshalltown High School is excited to announce the members of the 2024 Homecoming Court.

“We are incredibly proud of this year’s Homecoming Court and all they represent,” said Interim MHS Principal Justin Boliver. “These students exemplify leadership, school spirit, and a commitment to making Marshalltown High School a great place. We look forward to celebrating their achievements and uniting as a community for a week of exciting festivities.”

2024 king candidates, pictured in the front row, are Xayvion Anderson, Lincoln Barker, Isaac Benscoter, Osmar Castro, LaMar Johnson, Landon Stanley and Zander Stupp.

2024 queen candidates, pictured in the back row, are Camille Ceren, Laney Danielson, Gabrielle Estabrook, Eh Gay, Gissell Hernandez Gonzalez, Ellie Hughes, and Ava Kusserow.

The Homecoming Parade will be held on Thursday, Oct. 3, starting at 6 p.m. and will proceed down West Main Street. The Homecoming Coronation will follow at Leonard Cole Field at 7:30 p.m. This year’s Homecoming football game will feature the Bobcats taking on Waterloo West at Leonard Cole Field. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 4. The Homecoming Dance will be held from 8 to 11 p.m. in the MHS Auxiliary Gym on Saturday, Oct. 5.
