The first stage of construction beginning March 31 will require the closure of the driveway entrance into Hy-Vee from Center Street. The exit will remain open. The closure and traffic control are anticipated to be up by 8 a.m. on Monday. Customers are asked to plan ahead and utilize the driveway entrance into Hy-Vee and Hy-Vee Gas on Anson Street during this first stage. During this stage, traffic on Center Street will be able to continue in the north/south direction. The northbound lane will be a reduced width. The stage is anticipated to last one to two weeks, weather dependent.
