Stepping Stones Christian Bookstore Owner Mindy Uitermarkt, holding scissors, cut a ribbon with the Chamber Ambassadors on Tuesday afternoon to celebrate 15 years at her Marshalltown location at 14 W. Main St. The Marshalltown store is the second of three she has opened along with the original location in Grinnell and a third in Oskaloosa. Uitermarkt noted the obstacles she has overcome here such as the tornado and derecho and the completion of the recent facade renovation.
