Graveside services for Elaine will be held on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. at Riverside Cemetery in Marshalltown. Elaine Hawkins was born on February 29, 1928 in Marshalltown, Iowa. She was the daughter of Arthur and Viola (Smith) Hawkins. On January 27, 1950, Elaine was united in marriage to Alfred Fearnow in Mower County, Minnesota. Elaine worked forty plus years in the local restaurant industry, at Lloyd’s, Stone’s and the Tremont.

Elaine is survived by her daughter: Sharon (Michael) Longman, of Denton, Texas; grandchildren: Amanda Guilmain, of Millville, Massachusetts, Matthew Longman, of Tucson, Arizona and Vanessa Longman, of Anna, Texas. Great grandchildren: Avery Guilmain and Ayden Guilmain.

Elaine is preceded in death by her husband: Alfred; parents: Arthur and Viola; daughter: Debbie Winchester; sister: Beverly Smith; brother: Stanley Hawkins and sister-in-law: Margaret Hawkins.
