Roberta Gaudry

Roberta Palmer Gaudry, age 100, of Marshalltown, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 28th at Oakview Nursing Home. She was born November 26th, 1924, on the family farm in Moravia, Iowa. After graduating high school at age 16, she earned her teaching certificate at age 18 and began her career in Gilman and Sully. Roberta married O.E. They spent their married life splitting their time between Morson, Ontario, Marshalltown, IA, and wintering in Pompano Beach, FL. She enjoyed participating in many things including TTT Chapter DA (and was a fabulous nut saleswoman), PEO, United Methodist Women, volunteering at the hospital, and really enjoyed her time delivering flowers for Renners.
