Hawkeye wrestling sells out season tickets again

IOWA CITY — The University of Iowa Athletics Department has announced that the season ticket allotment for the Hawkeye men’s wrestling season is sold out for a fourth consecutive season.

Limited group and single meet inventory will be available starting immediately.

The Hawkeyes have led the nation in attendance in every season since 2006-07, head coach Tom Brands’ first as head coach. Iowa set an NCAA record, averaging 14,905 fans in 2021-22.

Iowa is coming off a season where it posted a 12-2 overall and 6-2 Big Ten mark. The Hawkeyes placed fourth at the Big Ten Championships and fifth at the NCAA Championships with four All-Americans. The program had 20 Academic All-Big Ten selections — the highest total in school history.
